The Principal, Enterprise Solutions for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for business development and commercial leadership with client executives to identify strategies and gain commitment to execute a Performance Partnership.

As part of the Performance Partnership Europe Team this position will be fully remote although ideally based in the Germany.

You will report to the General Manager Performance Partnerships Europe, who has overall responsibility for business development, consulting and continuous improvement initiatives within clients and health networks across Europe.

Lead Business development and Market development of innovative commercial propositions to solve clients' key challenges across key European markets.

• Lead development of customer Statement of Work (SOW) documents by engagement with hospital executives to resolve project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time with fluency in German language, professional proficiency in English language and proficiency in French language.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lean Consulting, Change Management and/or knowledge of health finance experience.
