- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Rechnungsprüfung im gesamten Bereich Veranstaltungsmanagement
- Du übernimmst den First-Level-Support für die Rechnungsabwicklung mit unseren externen Partnern
- Die schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit unseren verschiedenen Partnern, ist Teil deines Aufgabenbereichs
- Du gestaltest die zukünftigen Finanzprozesse gemeinsam mit den Process- und Business Owner:innen im Fachbereich
- Das interne und externe Reporting, inkl. Preisanalysen und Kostenkalkulationen, gehört mit zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du hast eine Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Finance und bringst bereits entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit
- Du lernst schnell und scheust dich nicht, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert, auch unter Termindruck
- Außerdem bist du teamfähig, belastbar und flexibel
- Deine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit freundlichem und sicherem Auftreten zeichnet dich aus
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch SAP-Erfahrung
