- Develop and implement benchmarking of group manufacturing sites for production launches and ongoing performance.
- Oversee and drive operational performance metrics for all Electronics sites (OEE, labor efficiency, LMPU, etc.).
- Run optimization projects in plants to improve operational performance (reduce WIP, labor, layouts, logistics flows, etc.).
- Provide guidance and expertise to factory operations on areas such as standard work, OEE/OEU/TEEP measurement, and factory layout optimization.
- Identify and mentor local colleagues for autonomous improvements in the future.
- Provide regular reporting of site and group performance KPIs to senior management at division and group levels.
- Completed university degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent field.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Detailed knowledge of electronics manufacturing techniques.
- With extensive leadership experience, coupled with exceptional communication (proficient in business English) and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work independently and take initiative further enhances the profile.
- Profound experience in running production line improvement projects across multiple sites.
- Able to lead, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams, including matrixed resources.
- Experience in the field of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Working experience in 4.0 Industry.
- Good knowledge of the German language.
