Scrum Master (m/f/d)

What will you do with us?

• Like a good director, you always keep an eye on the goals of your teams - you organize and moderate the Scrum meetings and support the Scrum team in tracking the resulting objectives
• Our team continues to develop with you; you identify and remove impediments and demotivating factors together with the product owner and team leaders, support and coach the team to work independently
• A clear direction and focus are important to you? You support the product owner in managing and maintaining the product backlog
• Enabling instead of prescribing: With the help of your packed method suitcase, you support us in further development - interactive moderation, visualization, conflict management and methods for decision-making are your tools
• Are you passionate about organizational development? You drive the further development of collaboration with the surrounding organization (e.g. management, stakeholders, other development teams) and optimize the agile methodology together with other Scrum Masters in the organization
• A problem arises? Your job is clear: early identification of potential obstacles at an organizational and/or process level and their elimination or escalation

Why are you right for us?

• You have several years of professional experience as an Agile / Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in complex environments with several interacting teams: this is a great foundation to build on
• Do you have certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. ) or comparable agile frameworks and methods? What else can you say other than "Great"
• Agile development and comprehensive methodological expertise as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master are not new territory for you? Precision landing
• Have you already gained practical work experience in the area of SAP Business Technology Platform? That's perfect
