    Deine Aufgaben:
    • Leitung der Planung, des Designs und der Implementierung der Qualitätssicherung für unseren softwarebasierten Ladeservice (eMSP).
    • Fachliche Leitung von Teammitgliedern bei der Verbesserung von Testverfahren und der Umsetzung effektiver Testpraktiken und -konzepte, einschließlich Automatisierung.
    • Beratung von Teams bei der Auswahl und Implementierung geeigneter Tools und QA-Methoden.
    • Entwickeln und Automatisieren von End-to-End-Tests für Web- und mobile Anwendungen.
    • Durchführen und Dokumentieren von Testfällen durch Automatisierung und manuelles Testen.
    • Überwachen, Priorisieren und Validieren gemeldeter Fehler.
    • Beitrag zur Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien für User Stories mit Fokus auf Qualitätssicherung.
    • Aufbau eines tiefen Verständnisses für das Geschäft und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner.
    Dein Profil:
    • Du hast mehr als 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester von Web- und/oder mobilen Anwendungen in agilen Umgebungen, mit Schwerpunkt auf automatisiertes Testen.
    • Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse in JavaScript/TypeScript und bist mit Automatisierungsansätzen in JavaScript/TypeScript-Umgebungen vertraut.
    • Du hast bewährte Erfahrung im Testen von mobilen Apps, die mit React Native erstellt wurden.
    • Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Qualitätssicherungspraktiken und moderner Testtools (z. B. Selenium, , Cypress, Jest, Appium, Mocha, Fiddler, Behat usw.).
    • Du bist motiviert, Dichin Deiner Rolle weiterzuentwickeln, lernst gerne dazu und bist neugierig, neue Dinge auszuprobieren.
    • Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, liebst es Feedback zu geben, bist proaktiv, detailorientiert, enthusiastisch und hilfsbereit.
    • Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von Konzepten von SaaS-Anwendungen, REST-APIs und Cloud-Computing.
    • Du kannst effektiv auf Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren (mindestens B2-Niveau).
    • Erfahrung mit Postman und AWS CDK ist ein großes Plus.
