Aufgaben
- Analyse und Ausarbeitung von fachlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen (Business Analyse) mit Schwerpunkt auf das Plattformgeschäft für Investmentfonds, ETIs, Zahlungsverkehr und weitere Bankprodukte
- Enge Zusmmenarbeit mit Verkaufs- und Projektteams, als Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und FNZ Bank/FNZ Group, um strategische Geschäftsthemen zu verstehen und anschließend mit dem Umsetzungsteam gemeinsam die bestmöglichen Lösungen zu finden
- Definition, Verbesserung und Erweiterung des FNZ Bank/FNZ Group Plattform- und Produktangebots
- Federführende Verantwortung bei Implementierungsprojekten
- Kooperation mit internen Fachbereichen oder Kunden bei der Gestaltung und Priorisierung des Backlogs
Qualifikationen
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Betriebswirt oder Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Bankenbereich
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse sowie tiefgreifende Erfahrung in der Wertpapierabwicklung, Depotführung und/oder dem Zahlungsverkehrs- bzw. Kreditgeschäft
- Du besitzt eine sehr starke Affinität zu technologischen Lösungsansätzen
- Du hast die Gabe komplexe, strategische Konzepte in verständlicher Form zu artikulieren
- Du bist lösungs-, nicht problemorientiert und bestehende Strukturen sind für Dich nicht die Zukunft, sondern lediglich die Basis für nachhaltige Verbesserungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein agiles Mindset, Teamgeist und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab
