    Your role:

    Would it excite you to use your marketing and program management skills to attract talent to our vibrant and pioneering organization while also developing our early career talent pipelines? If so, this role could be right for you. In this role you are the global architect behind building awareness of our employer brand, captivating relevant talent segments at all organizational levels while putting extra focus on attracting the brightest early-career minds. This involves crafting and implementing a comprehensive global employer branding strategy covering blue collar, white collar, and executive populations globally. You collaborate with our sectors marketing and communications teams to create multi-use content for various media, lead cross-functional projects to promote the employer brand internally and externally, and execute talent marketing campaigns aligned to the global brand strategy but tailored to various talent segments and geographies. Additionally, you are responsible for developing metrics and KPIs to assess the ROI of branding initiatives, maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art career platform, and monitoring industry trends to keep the employer brand fresh and competitive. You also harness data-driven insights to refine and, when necessary, evolve our employer value proposition and early career pipeline and development programs. This role also includes designing and implementing innovative early career programs for graduates, partnering with business leaders and colleagues to selectively engage academic institutions and professional organizations (e.g. through capstone programs), and systematically leveraging various existing student programs (internships, working students, etc.) as a pipeline for early career programs. Furthermore, you champion diversity and inclusion within early career programs to foster a dynamic workforce and provide thought leadership and mentorship within the team and broader organization.

    Location flexibility: Germany preferred, other major countries or locations possible.

    Who you are:

    • Proficiency in marketing strategy, content creation for various media, campaign execution and impact evaluation
    • A knack for storytelling and crafting compelling brand narratives
    • Expertise in social media and digital marketing tools and platforms
    • Demonstrable conceptual skills for program design as well as implementation
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
    • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
    • The ability to act with a sense of urgency and prioritize impactful initiatives
    • Foster a culture of curiosity, encouraging innovative approaches and continuous learning

    You preferably also bring:

    • Experience with branding and marketing analytics and campaign management software
    • Social media experience, with a focus on professional platforms
    • Proficiency in content creation
    • A creative mindset with the ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas
    • An understanding of career development needs and expectations of early-career professionals
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience with virtual reality platforms for immersive brand experiences
    • Knowledge of current talent practices, and talent acquisition strategies and processes including AI-driven recruitment and engagement methods
    • Experience with gamification techniques in early career engagement programs
    • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in relevant field, or equivalent experience
    • Fluency in English to engage with a global audience and additional languages would be desirable
