Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Allianz Digital Health (ADH) as an Office Administrator. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our physical workspace and ensure that our office runs like clockwork. You will oversee day-to-day office logistics, manage office supplies and equipment, conduct vendor management tasks and organize company events.As the designated Safety Officer (SiBe), you will act as the guardian of occupational health and safety standards for around 50 employees in Munich-Riem (Willy-Brandt-Platz 3). You will implement physical changes to improve workplace safety, create ADH safety training modules and perform regular fire drills.
The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in office administration or executive assistance roles; relevant education such as high school diploma with vocational training is also required. Fluency in German and English is essential for communication with local authorities regarding legal requirements.
