    Along with business growth, we are looking for a full stack Software Engineer who is able to work creatively and autonomously to serve our business and our clients. Your mission will be to deliver the technological requirements of JSP's future strategic direction.

    The role needs you to:

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications.
    • Optimise and enhance existing applications and infrastructure.
    • Ability/interest to work with machine learning.
    • Collaborate and communicate with various teams within the company.
    • Ensure all applications reflect our internal policies and standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying and defining the requirements to create specifications.
    • Full-stack development.
    • Interest in cloud adaption, Industry 4.0.

    Following essential assets will drive your success in the role:

    • C# expertise, Angular and .NET Core.
    • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Experience or willingness to work with Python.
    • Comfortable using Visual Studio.
    • Experience or willingness to work with machine learning techniques and frameworks.
    • Knowledge in working with web API's and third-party integrations (incl. web services).
    • Experience in designing databases.
    • Experience or willingness to create smartphone applications (iOS and Android).
    • Knowledge of OWASP or similar frameworks for implementing secure coding practices.
    • Ability to come up with ideas of designing POCs and MVPs.
    • Positive mental attitude, flexibility and dynamism.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and take direction when necessary.
    • Considering business and customer perspectives when designing and implementing solutions.
    • Fluent in English, other European language appreciated.
    • Occasional travel within Europe.
