    To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Environmental and Sustainability Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.

    The Environmental and Sustainability Specialist will play a crucial role in our global ecological and sustainability initiatives. Collaborating with various teams, they'll initiate environmentally conscious measures and ensure adherence to ESG standards.

    Data Analysis:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret key ESG data to assess sustainability and DEI performance.
    • Collaborate with teams for precise ESG data collection, including carbon footprint.
    • Assist with ESG report preparation, ensuring accurate and complete data.
    • Perform double materiality assessment of The Stepstone Group's environmental and sustainability initiatives.

    Research and Compliance:

    • Maintain compliance with global environmental regulations and support research on sustainability trends and best practices.
    • Maintain compliance with global DEI and other regulatory measures with an eye on 2024 through 2026.
    Work with departments to collect ESG-related data


    Project Support:

    • Assist with ESG project execution such as Gender Pay Gap analysis, demographic data collection, and other related tasks.
    • Collaborate with various teams to integrate ESG factors into business operations.
    Understanding of sustainability metrics and KPIs

    • Willing to keep up with new ESG trends and data sources
    • Experiencing leading projects or owning endtoend activities
