- Conceptual development of the global IT controlling function
- Development of global reports for managing global and local IT spending
- Independent execution of monthly reporting with a focus on IT functions (including analysis, commentary, and presentation of results for various stakeholders)
- Coordination of forecast and budget processes in close collaboration with the IT department
- Creation and maintenance of guidelines, trend, and benchmark analyses based on defined KPIs
- Support for IT in the calculation and establishment of global charge-out rates for IT shared service provisions
- Regular coordination with the CIO as well as various finance and controlling functions in an international context
- Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, economics, or business informatics
- Relevant professional experience in IT controlling - preferably in a corporate environment or in auditing
- Proficient in Excel, experience with SAP-FICO, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) would be desirable
- Good analytical approach with a high focus on results and problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment of taking on responsibility
- Very good communication and presentation skills in both German and English
