    Established in 1973, EU Business School (EU) is an international, professionally accredited, high-ranking business school with campuses in Barcelona, Geneva, Munich, and Online. We offer foundation, bachelor's, master's, MBA, DBA, and further education programs focusing on business administration. In 2022, EU Business School joined forces with OMNES Education Group.

    We are looking for a new Admissions Counselor to join our growing international team at the Munich campus. This role is responsible for counseling and recruiting new students to a high standard for our campus in Geneva. This will involve leveraging online digital marketing platforms by identifying new prospects and developing markets.

    Specific tasks:

    • Follow up leads received for Munich campus on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their relatives through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
    • Conduct interviews, arrange campus visits, review application materials, and assist in the admissions decision-making process.
    • Deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire admission process until the student starts the program.
    • Maintain target metrics by converting prospective students into enrolled students and succeed in achieving performance goals.
    • Promote EU's programs by planning and executing admissions events such as open days or webinars.
    • Provide feedback to the online marketing acquisition team regarding the quality of leads.
    • Strive to improve processes within the team.

    You are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills to join our team. You have an optimistic and autonomous personality and feel comfortable interacting with potential students from all over the world as they make important decisions for their future. You can multitask but remain organized and engaged while assisting multiple candidates simultaneously. Above all, you are results-driven and able to use your persuasion skills to successfully recruit top talent for our business school.

    Requirements:

    • Valid working permit and immediate availability.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or in a similar position.
    • Native or advanced (C1) level of English (written and spoke).
    • Minimum of bachelor's degree.
    • Previous experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent time management and task organization skills.
    • Optimistic, autonomous, and collaborative personality.
    • Strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of comfort interacting with people.
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized and engaged.
    • Motivation, persuasion and results driven mindset.

    Any of the following would be considered advantageous :

    • Sound knowledge of educational programs.
    • Proficiency in other languages such as French, Italian, or German.

    The remuneration for this position is 35K.
