- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to generate leads and identify potential customers within the target market segments.
- Utilize various sales and marketing tools, including email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events, to engage with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and facilitate handoffs of opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Radware's product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or application delivery solutions is advantageous but not required.
