    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop, deliver and direct the design effort of call centre operations including workflows, metric-based reporting and maintaining data & document integrity.
    • Managing a team to ensure operational processes and procedures are delivered in a smooth, seamless, efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and Business Partners to align procedures and processes to HR strategic objectives, ensuring flawless delivery of program support and customer satisfaction.
    • Work with HR stakeholders to assess and optimise processes and services, leveraging automation and vendor services as required, to ensure HR is delivering services and products seamlessly.
    • Provide the vision and direction for the development of the employee/agent facing HR Knowledge base, call triage scripts and job aids enabling optimal task completion at the Tier 1 level.
    • Partner with the Workday HRIS team to ensure system configuration is aligned with requirements for service delivery.

    We expect:

    • Several years of experience working with HR operations, payroll systems and case management tool configuration, reporting & analysis. Prior knowledge of Workday HCM.
    • Excellent people management skills and ability to organise resources and plan effectively to meet short and long-term goals.
    • Proven record of creative and analytical thinking as well as significant business acumen with a 'roll up the sleeves' attitude.
    • Demonstration of prior project leadership experience and a successful track record of managing through organisational change.
    • Language skills: Fluent in English and German is a must; other languages are nice to have.
