    The Safeguarding, Test Technology and Communication Assistance Systems team in the Active Safety division contributes to the implementation of the vision of autonomous driving and looks at the latest functions of driver assistance systems from the customer's perspective during development. In addition, the current state of innovation is presented at driving events, to representatives of authorities and the press and test equipment/methods for driver assistance systems are developed.

    During your internship, you will support the validation of driver assistance systems and test equipment development, as well as events to present these systems. These activities will take place at the Test and Technology Center in Immendingen.

    Your work may focus on one of the following areas:

  • Processing and evaluating development-relevant measurement data from highly automated driving systems and current safety and comfort systems in Immendingen
  • Support in the development of test equipment with design or software tasks
  • Participation in the support of the extensive vehicle fleet
  • Conception, implementation and evaluation of driving tests with test subjects
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of press events
  • Depending on the focus of your studies, you have the opportunity to flexibly shape the topics of your work
    • Qualifikationen
  • Degree in engineering in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrics/electronics or similar
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Independent way of working and analytical way of thinking
  • Driving license class B mandatory
