    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Ansprechpartner/in im AOG Desk der LHT (24/7)
    • Zeitkritische Materialanforderungen der Kunden bis zur Materialverfügbarkeit am Bedarfsort bearbeiten, koordinieren und dokumentieren sowie Informationen an die betroffenen Stellen weitergeben.
    • Materialbeschaffungsmaßnahmen (Bedarfsauflösung, Kauf, Leih, Beschleunigung, Umlagerung) durchführen und dokumentieren.
    • Klärungen mit internen und externen Kunden und Lieferanten durchführen.
    • Tätgkeiten im Verkauf, Verleih und 1:1 Tausch von Flugzeugersatzteilen.



    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
    • Anspruchsvolle Zusatzqualifikation mit Bezug zur übertragenen Aufgabenstellung (bspw. Techniker, Meister, Betriebswirt IHK o.ä.).
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Materialwirtschaft, im technischen Kundendienst oder in der Instandhaltung von Fluggeräten erwünscht.
    • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung technischer Dokumentationen zur Identifizierung von Material.
    • Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Grundlagen und Zusammenhänge.
    • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse.
    • Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
    • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit.
    • Hohe Servicebereitschaft und Kundenorientierung.
    • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative.
    • Schichtdiensttauglichkeit (3-Schicht-Betrieb).
    • Hohe Belastbarkeit.
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
