    • We handle a diverse project portfolio in the grocery retail sector, focusing on the REWE and PENNY sales lines - the core business of the REWE Group.
    • We are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing key strategic issues, such as the development of market concepts, realignment of assortments, or business model transformations.
    • We deliver tangible results with measurable impact and visible changes in collaboration with various departments within the REWE Group.


    Your Role and Impact:

    • Your Responsibilities:
      • Conduct data-driven analyses in close collaboration with your project leader and departments.
      • Present and discuss results within the project team.
      • Prepare project documents for decision-makers within the REWE Group under the guidance of your project leader.
      • Enhance your consulting skills through continuous feedback.
      • Gradually take on more responsibility for your own workstreams or sub-projects.
      • Build a solid understanding of the retail industry.
      • Support internal initiatives for departmental development.


      Your Skills:

      • Your Qualifications:
        • Completed your master's degree above average and gained initial practical experience in a top management consultancy, strategy, or project department; some experience in retail is advantageous.
        • Possess a strong structured and analytical mindset and enjoy tackling complex issues.
        • Work independently and pragmatically, with strong communication skills.
        • Enjoy diving into new topics and project scenarios.
        • Ideally, have excellent English language skills for informal and business contexts.
