- Lead the back-office team, overseeing legal, compliance, risk management, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive legal and compliance frameworks to support business objectives and manage risk
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the CEO, board of directors, and senior management on all corporate matters
- Negotiate, draft, and review complex commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution, representing the company's interests in legal proceedings
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws in all operational territories
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing back-office processes for efficiency and effectiveness The Successful Applicant
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification, with admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
- A minimum of 10 years of legal experience in the TradFi, FinTech or Digital Assets industry
- Proven track record of leading a legal department and managing a diverse team
- Strong understanding of international financial regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate legal issues and provide proactive solutions
