Within Electrification, the Power& Energy Strategy is ensuring long-term electrical power supplyis aligned with Amazon's eMobility plans. The Sr Energy Strategymanager will manage power upgrade projects across our Middle Milenetwork in MEU (Middle EUrope).

This includes planning power andelectrical equipment upgrades (at country and site level), managingrelationship with external (DNO and vendors) as well as internalstakeholders (Sustainability Engineering, Procurement teams to namea few), project contracting and financial supervision, to ensurepower is delivered on time to enable EV fleet deployment at lowercost possible.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Plan and execute power upgradeprojects.
• Prioritize projects with biggest impact onour business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functionalleaders, and schedule resources
• Manage DNOs (ElectricDistribution Network Operators) and vendorrelationships
• Establish and maintain a close andconstant exchange with internal stakeholders to accelerate projectexecution
• Support or lead additional sustainabilityprojects across EU (energy management, resiliency, alternativepower generation) or in new geographies.

Thisposition requires Ownership and Bias for Action, with a mix ofleadership, soft skills and technical acumen along with programadministration. This candidate will possess excellent written andverbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills to driveconsensus across multiple stakeholders. Also, this opportunityrequires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and theability to succeed in a fast paced technical environment. Theability to work independently and deal with an ambiguousenvironment is a must. The ideal candidate is motivated,innovative, agile, and has exemplary time management and projectmanagement skills. A passion for sustainability isrequired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Master'sdegree in Engineering or higher

• Relevant Experience intechnical program and product management, technical development orrelated technical roles in the industrial EV charging solutionssector.
• Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze dataincluding Excel, Access, or other data management systems
• Excellent written and oral communicationskills
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbalGerman

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in financial analysis andreporting

• Experience writing documents on technicalrequirements for new products, process improvement initiativesand/or design validation plans
