The following permanent position is available in our main office

• DMS and digitization clerk (m/f/d)

You will carry out the following activities

• Participation in the introduction and support of the document management system (DMS)
• Developing and implementing sub-projects with project management
• Organizing and moderating workshops as part of digitization projects
• Preparing and conducting training courses and informing employees
• Carrying out administrative tasks and user support for the DMS
• Collaboration in the digitization office with the aim of introducing and designing digital administrative processes
• Helping to shape digital change within the city administration

You fulfill the following requirements

• A Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Management or Digital Administration Management or a comparable qualification
• IT skills and an open mind for new technologies
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills
• Ideally municipal administrative experience
