    Bereich:



    After Sales Service/Customer Service



    Ihre Aufgaben:
    • Erstellung, Inbetriebnahme und Test von Softwareoptimierungen

    • Technische Unterstützung der Kunden bei Anwendungsproblemen Remote oder vor Ort

    • Ausarbeitung von Softwarelösungen für After Sales Projekte

    • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Störungsbeseitigungen

    • Dokumentation der Störfälle im Service-Ticketsystem

    • Abstimmung und technische Klärung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

    • Teilnahme an der Hotline-Bereitschaft



    Ihr Profil:
    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

    • Kenntnisse von PLC-Systemen, idealerweise Siemens TIA Portal und/oder Beckhoff TwinCAT

    • Erste Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Montageanlagen wünschenswert

    • Sicherer Umgang im Dialog mit Kunden Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

    • Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

    • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    • Reisebereitschaft (In- & Ausland)
