Betreuung interner Kommunikationslösungen,
Arbeitsplatzrechner ,Peripherie sowie mobiler Endgeräte,
Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung im Active Directory.
IT Support ( remote , telefonisch oder vor Ort) für Microsoft Windows Betriebssysteme ,Softwareanwendungen sowie Telefonie und Konferenzsysteme (Microsoft Teams) auf Grundlage von Service Level Management-Prozessen.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory und Windows (Client , Server)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 ,im Netzwerk-Umfeld sowie Erfahrung in der Programmierung
