- Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs, centres, referral units and rehabilitation units across Germany.
- Support speaker and present clinical data and functional outcomes.
- Monitor clinical site compliance.
- Conduct staff training for implanting centres and internal groups through oral presentations, written materials and online sessions.
- Initiate rehabilitation setup processes and conduct 100% onsite training for newly established centres.
- Provide support for evaluation and screening for all patients.
- Conduct post-operative follow ups for all patients up to 12 months after surgery.
- Act as local safety co-ordinator to ensure patient safety.
- Provide scientific hospital and department meetings for each site.
- Provide booth presence and support at conferences and events.
- Coordinate patient-related testimonials (pre and post treatment).
- University degree or Qualification or Professional school related to fields of Orthoptics, Optician, specialist in low vision.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in ophthalmology.
- At least 3-5 years of low vision rehabilitation experience.
- Experience working successfully in a team and managing projects.
- Experience in working with patients.
- Language competence in German and English.
- Willingness to travel 30-50%

Patient Journey Manager - Low Vision
CM Medical are excited to be partnered with an innovative and growing company focused on improving vision and quality of life for people living with untreatable retinal conditions, in the search for a Patient Journey Manager to work alongside their established team in Germany.
Reporting to the Head of Medical Affairs, the Patient Journey Manager (PJM) is responsible to provide in-depth training and patient support to customers during the entire patient journey from the initial patient selection phase to post operative rehab and refraction.
The PJM collaborates with the Key Account Manager(s) in the promotion of their device to hospitals, health care practitioners and Patient Advocacy Organizations. Must have a hands-on approach, a strong customer/patient-oriented personality, solid process management skills. Able to communicate with patients, patient groups, low vision/rehab staff and doctors in compelling fashion.
