This team is responsible for Regional Marketing initiatives that build brand value and develop solutions that drive successful growth in Europe, through a deep understanding of customers’ needs and market trends.

The team drives the development of targeted value propositions, through data driven marketing campaigns based on profound customer insights.

Key responsibilities

•Develop customer journey maps based on firmographics, data and customer segments in line with the business and product owners.
•Be responsible for data driven customer journey activities to drive online engagement through the funnel and build strong customer relationships, reducing the cost of sale and leveraging cross selling opportunities. Be responsible for optimizing customer journeys as part of vertical and product campaigns with the objective to increase “share of wallet” of existing customers and to reach out to new prospects.
•Ensure that key messages fit with the right stage of the customer journey..
•Select and optimize activation channels based on the customer buying journey which is effective for the identified target audience.
•Create clear campaign briefs that are aligned with business objectives and that inspire effective creative development, encapsulating the customer journey touchpoints.
•Successfully use marketing automation tools to deliver campaigns at relevant moments in the customer journey.
•Close collaboration with cross functional, regional and global stakeholders to create campaigns, as well as counsel and support initiatives to ensure campaign readiness and alignment for local market implementation and execution
•Establish clear objectives and targets, track and analyze performance, report return-on-objectives, and for paid investments, return-on-investment, driving continuous optimization of campaigns.
•Contributing with new impulses, being open for marketing innovation and constantly working on optimizing campaign approaches.

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will have profound experience with strong background in Campaign Marketing / Digital Marketing/Revenue Marketing, preferably from a B2B business or an agency background.


•Have profound experience in building effective and data-driven multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, social media, event management and other digital channels.
•Have the ability to define what content works best along the customer journey and how to build efficient customer journeys
•Are experienced in Revenue and Performance Marketing
•Are detail oriented with the ability to use data insights to gain internal buy in and develop objectives.
•Have strong Project Management skills managing multiple campaigns at one time
•Have strong verbal and written English.

As a person you are an extroverted team player with strong communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence global and regional stakeholders.

Finally you have a strong drive, is hands on, ready for a challenge, can work independently, but at the same time is a strong team player, leveraging the experience of all members of the team when supporting the business.
