Research Assistant (m/f/d) - Stem Cells
- Cell Therapy in the field of Immuno-oncology -
Full time and permanent
to support our team in the expanding field of stem cell-based cell therapies against cancer.
Your key responsibilities You support the team with the cultivation and differentiation of stem cells in 2D and 3D You establish and optimize differentiation protocols supported by the responsible scientist and perform quality control of the individual stages You validate new antibodies and reagents You support the team in the daily lab work After successful on-the-job training you independently perform experiments from planning to analyses and electronic documentation
Your qualifications Completed apprenticeship as a BTA/CTA/MTA/Biologielaborant/in with professional experience or BSc/MSc in natural sciences Experienced and secure handling of mammalian cells is expected, experience in fluorescence microscopy (Immunocytochemistry) or flow cytometry (FACS) is preferred Experience with stem cells and/or immune cells is a plus but not a premise You can adjust your working life flexibly to meet the aims of the project using your planning and organizational skills Independent, accurate and systematic method of working Team oriented, responsible and reliable personality Good command of English
