Key Responsibilities General support to the Germany Customer Service Team with regards to all business related processes and process related steps / flows. Support the Customer Service Team and the Sales Team using the official O-I tools (SAP, MDM, Power-BI, C4C, APO DP, etc.) and on Go-Life occasions act as key user for new tools. Point of contact for AR/AP, Logistics, Treasury, Credit Management, SAP/ APO-DP, etc. for any issue related to the Germany Sales and Customer Service team processes and flows. Interface with O-I internal sales stakeholders (i.e. GBS, Logistics, Finance, IT) as support to the Customer Service and Sales Teams Germany. Key MDM user and process manager GE . Co-ordination of and responsibility for the NVA reporting & slow move review process . Responsibility for RER / NER approvals (including customer approval in case of private shapes). Maintenance of the Bonus system, create rebate payments, do calculations of rebates, check if due / not due, communicate with segment managers, process credit memo request in sap, rebates : quarterly true up with sales controller. Manage and coordinate special sales process related projects (i.e. SAP, EDI, pallets and layers, business operations projects). Coordination / support to the GE CS team at setting-up and managing intercompany and real export sales incl. necessary SAP flows, specific documentation, specific export & offshore logistics, co-ordination with other O-I CG teams, etc.
Requirements Work experience: at least 5 years in customer service field in B-2-B Commercial education, Master degree in economics or equivalent (optional) Team management and relationship building skills Process management skills Strong self-motivation & results orientation Native level of German and fluent English Proficient level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of SAP is a plus
