Job: Release Manager/Quality Assurance lead

Type: Permanent

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Job Duties:

In the role of Identity & Access Management Release and Quality Assurance lead , you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency in ONE IDENTITY MANAGER

Working knowledge of QA methodology and standards

Proven ability in prioritizing and assessing criticality of defects

Proficient to forward plan the platform / product release windows and cycles across a portfolio

Strategic thought leadership in crafting future state delivery and strategies for attaining them

Configure/build the 1IM solution in-line with the design documents and assist the team in requirement clarifications to complete configuration and customization

Previous experience as Release manager, with knowledge of tools like Service now, JIRA

Excellent Client communications and stakeholder management and good exposure working in global delivery model

Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and Identify and resolve or escalate roadblocks and other issues, working closely with all the stakeholders

Assist in operationalization of new capabilities, Work with 1IM vendor support team for issue resolution along with experience in the presale activities.

Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, IDAM Product certifications

Proficiency in German language at least at B2 level
