Purpose of the position

Project One is creating new ways of working within the whole Intersnack group by harmonising business processes, which are supported by a common IT solution stack. Currently, a team consisting of more than 20 nationalities and 100+ colleagues work together to achieve this goal.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Training / Instructional Designer to support the successful global adoption of harmonized processes, facilitated by a newly developed ERP solution stack. The Senior Training / Instructional Designer will work closely with the training team, functional and technical subject matter experts and other key stakeholders to design engaging role-based training content built on adult learning principles that adhere to standards for consistency and quality.

Scope of Authorisation

The Senior Training / Instructional Designer is a member of our Organizational Change Team and is responsible for creating training material that enables users across the Intersnack group to use the common IT solution. Guided and working closely with Subject Matter Experts, each designer is allocated to specific content areas. The Senior Training / Instructional designer will set up the training design framework and act as a Subject Matter Expert for training design within the team.
