Your Team

Providing excellent business processes as a service, the Operational Tax Team in Berlin and Dusseldorf is supporting its customers in operational tax matters. With Avaloq’s state-of-the-art banking software and smart reliable processes, the Tax Team aims to provide efficient value add services in a constantly changing tax environment.


Your mission

  • Regulatory reporting to various regulatory or tax bodies in Germany
  • Various German tax services, e.g. tax statements production or Church tax activities
  • Supporting the team improving the functionalities of Avaloq’s core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks
  • Involvement in improving the functionalities of Avaloq’s core banking platform and the related operational processes to increase efficiency and decrease operational risks

    • What you need

  • University degree in economics or law or apprenticeship in banking or equivalent education
  • Expertise in banking operations with deep knowledge in tax operational processes
  • Very good command in English, fluency in German
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities



    • You will get extra points for the following

  • Experienced in cross-operational processes, e.g. Income or Corporate Actions
  • Practical user knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system
  • Know-how about process optimization methods
