The Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) operates one of the most powerful supercomputing infrastructures in Europe and makes it available to researchers at Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ), in Germany, and throughout Europe. Within the framework of these tasks, the JSC carries out various research and development tasks. The NIC research group "Computational Structural Biology" carries out computer simulations in the field of structural biology and develops methods of computational molecular biology.
