Finance Manager (f/m/d)

for Cytiva is responsible to lead the annual planning and monthly forecasting cycles, prepare and report monthly actuals and forecasts to the Finance leadership team.

This position is part of the Finance Team located in

Maintain a culture of control and compliance with regards to financial controls and cost discipline to ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with local and Cytiva requirements in close collaboration with the rest of the Finance team.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration degree and minimum of 3 years of financial work experience developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business/finance reviews.

Oracle, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) for reporting and business intelligence, and expert skills in Microsoft Excel for data compilation and aggregation (i.e.

pivot tables, vlookup, power queries, and macros).

Experience successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement within the operations/finance functions being able to quickly grasp new ideas and drive positive change.

Fluent in English languages is mandatory, German on a conversational level
Finance / FP&A within international organizations in the Life Sciences / Healthcare industry.
Working in a global business environment with strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership (i.e.
