Your contribution to TenneT

You understand and navigate the harmonization and integration of European wholesale electricity markets , considering physical infrastructure, trade dynamics, policy landscapes, and stakeholder interests.

Driving improvements and innovative knowledge sharing to catalyze transformative change within market integration projects is part of your work

You are responsible for the development and maintenance of a collaborative knowledge base for market and system integration, organizing workshops, bootcamps, and internal courses while cultivating stakeholder relationships for initiative visibility.

You will serve as the principal advisor for TenneT's Europe initiative, enhancing effectiveness in market integration projects.

You proactively identify communication opportunities and risks , coordinating and facilitating the creation and dissemination of communication materials within the European Market Integration Department.

Your profile and background

You have an university degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Law or another relevant field

Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrate solid experience in managing stakeholders, including C-level communication and organizing agendas with industry experts

Project Management:
Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently to meet stakeholder expectations in a timely manner

Attitude and Values:
Bring a positive critical attitude, environmental sensitivity, and willingness to speak up

Language Skills and Travel:
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or German; willing to travel for business to various TenneT offices and across Europe
