- You are responsible for time- and cost-effective planning of resouces, inventories and purchases
- Coordinate purchase orders to meet ERP demand.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and manage purchase order status.
- Investigate and document quality requirements for parts.
- Maintain and update item master data consistently.
- Optimize logistics and inventory by utilizing data from ERP and Supplier Portals.
- Ensure data integrity through actively participating in ERP compliance processes.
- Assist in implementing Vendor Managed Inventory solutions for efficiency.
- Develop dashboards for daily business operations and KPI tracking.
- Several years experience working in supply chain management, logistics and procurement
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning applications such as SAP, INFOR, Oracle, etc.
- Ideally, working experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Railway or comparable industries
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding communication skills
- Goal-oriented and autonomous working style
