- Als Public Relations Manager :in verantwortest du die strategische Planung von Kommunikationsprojekten mit hoher, auch internationaler externer Relevanz unter Berücksichtigung aller Stakeholder-Gruppen
- Interne und externe Anlässe identifizierst du proaktiv als Möglichkeit zur Kommunikation in klassischen und sozialen Medien
- Mit Journalist :innen und Redakteur :innen der Wirtschafts-, Fach- und Finanzpresse baust du gezielt Beziehungen auf, pflegst diese und identifizierst weitere Multiplikator :innen
- Des Weiteren positionierst du das Unternehmen und den Vorstand in der Öffentlichkeit, beispielsweise über Reden und Statements
- Als Sprecher :in obliegt dir die Bearbeitung von Anfragen regionaler und internationaler Medien, die Verfassung von Pressemitteilungen sowie die Koordination von Interviews mit dem Vorstand / Führungskräften und die Unterstützung bei der diesbezüglichen Vorbereitung
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Kommunikation, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Journalismus, PR, Medienarbeit oder gleichwertig, vorzugsweise mit einem bestehenden Netzwerk zu Medien der Energiebranche
- Erfahrung in kanal- und disziplinübergreifender Arbeit
- Fähigkeit, das große Ganze zu sehen, relevante Themen strategisch zu platzieren und komplexe Sachverhalte vereinfacht darzustellen
- Strategische, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten
- Kommunikative Stärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
