    • Your tasks

  • You exemplify an agile mindset, agile principles and a new understanding of leadership (servant leadership) and are therefore a reliable source of support for your teams and your management colleagues.
  • You support the teams in their agile way of working on a daily basis based on your knowledge and personal experience. You are responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the teams, particularly with regard to effectiveness, efficiency and enjoyment of daily work.
  • You also continuously develop yourself in your personal agile professionalism, whether through experience gained, personal exchange, additional training or self-study.
  • Together with the other Agile Masters, you shape the agile transformation of the entire department.
  • The continuous improvement of the teams entrusted to you in the sense of "Inspect and Adapt" is the foundation on which you build.
  • You ensure transparency regarding the impediments of your teams and support their elimination with a sustainable and consistent approach.
  • In the Agile Master Community, you make a valuable contribution to good practices, overarching networking and transformation goals.
  • You support other teams and Agile Masters with their challenges.
  • You will work in an international, highly dynamic environment.

    • Your profile

  • You understand the role of the Agile Master as a leadership role.
  • You see the development of the teams entrusted to you into high-performance teams as a very exciting challenge that you enjoy taking on every day.
  • You have at least 3 years of practical experience in agile working methods. Ideally several years in the role of Agile Master, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • You are familiar with an extensive toolbox of agile methods and agile best practices and have tried out most of them yourself.
  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, economics or a comparable qualification acquired through professional experience, preferably with a technical, social or economic focus
  • Mindful introspection and self-reflection are part of your effective way of dealing with yourself and others, as are empathy and social awareness.
  • Your personal strengths include the ability to deal with conflict, improvisation, organizational talent, a high degree of independence, proactivity and networking skills.
  • You have sound knowledge of the BMW Group IT Agile Working Model and agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or Less.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English is a matter of course for you.
