Ihre Rolle
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Content-Strategie entlang der Unternehmensziele – kanalübergreifend, zielgruppengerecht und aufmerksamkeitsstark
Konzeption, Redaktion und Qualitätssicherung externer Kommunikationsinhalte, inklusive Presseinformationen, Reden, Storylines und Medientexte
Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der gesamten Unternehmenskommunikation, inklusive klassischer, digitaler und internationaler Kanäle
Aufbau und Pflege von Medienkontakten sowie aktive Medienarbeit (z. B. Pressekonferenzen, Redaktionsbesuche, Anfragenhandling) zur Stärkung von Marke und Image
Monitoring, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Kommunikationskanäle sowie Erstellung KPI-basierter Medienanalysen und -berichte
Beratung von internen Stakeholdern (Fachbereiche, Tochtergesellschaften, Führungskräfte) zu standortübergreifenden Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Beobachtung kommunikationsrelevanter Trends und Themen sowie Übernahme von Sprecherfunktionen und Moderationen im Rahmen der externen Kommunikation
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master oder gleichwertig) im Bereich Kommunikation, PR, Journalismus, Medien oder vergleichbar
Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich externe Kommunikation, internationale Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
Gut ausgebautes Netzwerk zur Presse in Deutschland
Hervorragende redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denken
Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Journalisten, Führungskräften und Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Medienanalyse, KPI-basierter Erfolgsmessung und Kommunikationscontrolling
Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck effektiv zu arbeiten, herausragende Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit sowie eigenständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
Schnelle Entscheidungs- und Reaktionsfähigkeit, eloquentes Auftreten
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Präsenz in unserem Büro in Winterbach (mindestens drei Tage pro Woche)
