    A top 3 solar company is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager, selling BESS product and solution to clients in the utility business sector (Developers, EPCs, Utility companies) in Germany.

    We welcome professionals from both the solar and wind industries, if you have experience in utility and have passion for business development.

    The Scope:

    • Conduct and develop sales strategies for BESS products based on the company's goals.
    • Generate regular sales report including sales activities and customer feedback to management.
    • Work closely with other sales departments, PV module sales teams, engineering teams, operations, etc. and other business units to complete projects.
    • Strong negotiation skills to develop proposals, quotations, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
    • Utilise professional relationship building skills to identify new business opportunities, with a hunter and farmer mindset.
    • Deliver suitable energy solutions to related customers and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Professional in German and English is a must.
    • Strong experience in the utility sector
    • Knowledge in BESS is a plus
    • Passion in business development and sales, hunter spirit
    • Willingness to travel where necessary.
    • Great communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, team working, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
    • Strong commercial sense to develop sales strategies based on the company's objectives.
