What can you expect?

• You will be analysing international regulation on ESG Reporting, conducting gap-analysis, and deriving recommended actions for our company
• You will be coordinating our company's annual Impact Report according to international standards
• You will introduce an ESG Data collection process across the company, including the supporting tools
• You will identify, coordinate, and respond to third-party surveys related to ESG reporting
• You will support in expanding our company's ESG & Sustainability Strategy and partner cross-functionally to build sustainability metrics into operational planning

What should you bring along?

• You have in-depth knowledge of international reporting standards such as SFDR, GRI, CSRD
• You bring more than 5 years of experience in project management and digitalization of processes
• You have experience in conducting annual ESG Reporting
• You have an affinity to work with large data sets
• You bring the ability to work in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, proactive, process-oriented, and structured approach
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
