The Manufacturing/Process Engineer (m/f/d) forBeckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for drive innovation andnew ideas to improve productivity and automation in the assemblyline.

This position is part of theTechnical Operations team located in Baierbrunn/Munich and will beon-site. Driveengineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team andensure correct implementation of designchanges
Act as a changeleader to define manufacturing methods (like work instructions,tools, jigs, Process-FMEA and check lists) for new and existingproducts
Evaluate neededinvest and assembly time of new production lines and cost savingprograms
Master'sdegree in Manufacturing/Production orProcess Engineering or similar and some work-related experience inmanufacturing processes (+2years)
Know-how in DataAnalyst projects (e.g. Experience in workingwith interdisciplinary teams and implementing new ideas to improveproductivity
Proficient inMicrosoft 365 apps and Project Management Tools (e.g. Solidworks)
Experience inlean manufacturing through QCC or Kaizens Eventleadership
