  • We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to join the team focussed on delivering traffic and sales targets for the Holiday Hypermarket and Holidays for Heroes websites. Both websites play an important role in the distribution of TUI holidays. The objective is to ensure that we provide an efficient distribution channel by maximising the performance of offers and campaigns, translating into higher conversion and increased revenues. You will also work closely with the broader First Choice product and technology teams to help shape and define longer term digital enhancements to support performance.

    As a Paid Marketing Manager you will lead on delivering traffic and acquisition targets as well as suggesting new growth opportunities across paid media channels such as Paid Search, Affiliates and Paid Social. You will need to collaborate closely with commercial and product colleagues to ensure agility in reacting to customer trends and behaviours as well as external influences such as competitor activity.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Responsible for the performance of the Holiday Hypermarket and Holidays for Heroes paid marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, social, display, and affiliates.
  • Manage PPC accounts and day to day optimisations against agreed budgets and KPIs.
  • Build and manage relationships with external affiliate partners to optimise offer exposure and efficiency against agreed upon budgets.
  • Understand the needs of both the customer and business to build relevant and inspiring campaigns.
  • Closely collaborate with commercial colleagues to align priorities and provide insight for future opportunities.
  • Work closely with the PPC and Digital Marketing execs to execute effective paid campaigns across all channels.
  • Maintain a close relationship with Technology teams to ensure any operational issues or defects are managed and understand their impact on sales performance.
  • Present performance and opportunity insights regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of wider industry practices and trends.
  • Focus on enabling effective decision making within the team and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in working in a marketing role in an online environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of key paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SearchAds360, Meta, and Impact Radius.
  • A working understanding of digital analytics platforms such as Adobe and Google Analytics strategies.
  • A confident presenter skilled at understanding and articulating channel insights to optimize performance.
  • Autonomous and comfortable acting like a business owner, problem solving, and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Commercially-minded, always looking for opportunities to drive growth.
  • Strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and highly numerate.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Curious about new technologies and developments.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and written skills.
