    Führung deines Teams und gleichzeitiges Auftreten als Vorbild für deine Mitarbeitenden, z.B. beim Thema Weiterentwicklung
    Sicherstellung der Saisonalität im Sortiment sowie der Qualität und Frische der Pflanzen
    Umsetzung von Konzepten (z.B. saisonale Werbeaufbauten), Serviceleistungen, interner und gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z.B. Arbeitssicherheit) sowie Unterstützung im Verkauf
    Erfahrungen im Handel, z.B. als Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzel-/Großhandel (m/w/d), Handelsfachwirt:in, Betriebswirt:in oder im Handwerk, z.B. als Landschaftsarchitekt:in, Gartenlandschaftsbauer:in, Meister:in, Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
    Erfahrung in der Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
