CB Technology is a global team of technology specialists, spread across multiple financial centers and technology centres.

They will oversee development and deployment of divisional budgets, manage both internal and external technology relationships, address emerging program challenges, provide thought leadership, and enable collaboration for and beyond the organizational boundaries.

• Interface to HR and steer hiring, talent management, DEI, succession, and promotions

Provide expertise to change execution team
Align and realise benefits of change delivery
Fluent in English (written/verbal)
Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations
Ability to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
