- Ensuring the operational running of applications in the production environment
- 2nd level support & 3rd level coordination
- Monitoring and performance management
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Analysis of weak points/causes (continuous service improvement) and derivation of measures for action
- Professional degree and/or comparable training in IT
- Several years of professional experience in administrating business-critical applications
- Extensive know-how in IT service management and the design of service processes, as well as knowledge in project management, preferably with certification (ITIL)
- Initial knowledge of process flows in manufacturing companies and/or logistical processes is desirable
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Customer and goal oriented, working in team disposition
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
