Part-time with 28.88hours/week. The position is open-ended.

TheDRK Akademie SH, which is sponsored by the DRK-LandesverbandSchleswig-Holstein e. V., is one of the largest providers ofnursing training in Schleswig-Holstein with currently around 680training places. The DRK Akademie SH is also involved in a widerange of further and advanced training and adaptationqualifications for nursing staff with foreign qualifications.

Your tasks

• You will act as the first point of contact within our team forhardware and software problems (first and second level support).You will support our five locations of the DRK Akademie SH
• You will survey and analyse our operatingprocesses and initiate improvements in the context ofdigitalization
• You translate our technicalrequirements into IT requirements (including the development ofspecifications)
• As part of the coordinationof requirements and technical errors, you will coordinate with thecentral IT team in the DRK regional association
• You accompany and mediate during software implementationon site

Your profile

• In addition to a completed apprenticeship asan IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or a comparablequalification, you have knowledge of network infrastructuremanagement
• Ideally, you have basic knowledgeof ITIL and experience in project management
• You have good communication and analytical skills at the interfacebetween users (m/f/d) and IT colleagues (m/f/d)
• You are characterized by a strong ability to work in ateam as well as confident independent action even in stressfulsituations
• You like to work veryindependently and on your own responsibility
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
