Function description and tasks

Responsibility for the further development of data models, including data queries on database systems
Integration of data from various data sources such as SAP BW, Alteryx and SQL databases
Guaranteeing data quality and ensuring the accuracy of visualisations
Structuring data, taking into account overarching connections and data relationships
Monitoring and reporting with regard to data quality

Development, implementation and monitoring of reporting environments, including in Power BI (depending on the respective project focus)

Profile

Completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Three to five years of relevant professional experience as a business or data analyst
Profound knowledge of data analysis technologies, in particular SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau (depending on the respective project focus) and data modelling
Profound knowledge of SQL and/or Python programming
Sound knowledge of Tableau or similar self-service BI tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and working with big data
Practical experience in an agile environment
Fluent English skills, additional knowledge of German is an advantage

What is desirable
