- R&D on Lab and Business Automation tools
- Prototype building
- Creation of technical documentation and instructions
- Integration of automation systems into the laboratory infrastructure
- Supporting our WW labs/teams on developed systems
- Create training material and give training to the lab end-users
- Supporting the third party factories that build the final products
- Completed education in the electronics or mechatronics field (e.g. electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or similar)
- At least 2 years work experience (preferably in an R&D environment)
- Theoretical and practical experience in handling electronic measuring devices
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. C++, Python, etc.)
- Familiarity with 3D printing and CAD design is an advantage
- Problem-solving: Ability to tackle complex challenges and find effective automation solutions
- Teamwork: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
