    Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for topics in connection with the Group-wide recording, editing and validating of non-financial data
  • Managing and further development of the new ESG IT platforms for efficient data collection and consolidation for external reporting and internal controlling
  • Interaction with various expert functions in the Group to coordinate new requirements and regular data collection
  • Coordination of technical requirements with IT experts for implementation
  • Implementation of new requirements (e.g. CSRD) for indicators / key figures and related data structures in coordination with IT
  • Maintenance of the new internal control system for ESG

    • Your profile

  • Completed Master's degree in a technical / scientific or business administration program
  • Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for working with data, data structures and IT platforms
  • Relevant experience in the use of Power BI or comparable software for business analysis and interactive data visualization
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of sustainability
  • Strong team orientation, combined with an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
  • Experience and competence in dealing with different stakeholders, including confident interaction with management
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident manner, also in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
