Your mission

As Junior Activation Design Specialist at IONITY, you are part of the team that makes our brand show up bold, impactful and consistent across Europe. From charger and locations to campaigns, products, motion assets, and all the small things in between.

You are a fast, hands-on creative with strong visual instincts and a bias for action. You enjoy designing for various formats, learning by doing, and seeing your work live in the real world. This role is about output, variety, and momentum, not just perfect case studies.

You'll be part of The Buzz, our Marketing Activation squad, working closely with colleagues driving performance marketing, CRM, Product & Growth, partner marketing, strategy, people & culture, as well as our network teams. Our Senior Brand & Design Manager will be your closest ally and dotted line report, who sets the brand direction and design system you'll help bring to life at scale.

This role exists to increase creative speed, flexibility, and execution power across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Design a wide range of visual assets

, from

promotional assets

, social content, and presentations to stickers, signage, charger branding, and on-site visuals.
- Create both still and motion content

, including lightweight animations, short videos, transitions, and simple motion assets for campaigns and product communication.
- Design and adapt digital-first assets

for IONITY's web and

HMI

touch points, ensuring brand-consistent UI layouts,

and

responsive variants; collaborate with product teams on interface and interaction design

Your profile

Mandatory skills & experience

1–3 years of experience

in visual design, graphic design, motion design, or a related creative role (in-house, agency, freelance, or side projects).
- Strong visual instincts

, with a good feeling for layout, typography,

colour

, and composition.
- Hands-on experience with design tools

, including

Figma, InDesign, Photoshop

(Illustrator and similar tools are a plus).
- Basic experience or strong interest in motion and video creation

, using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- A fast, proactive working style

, comfortable handling multiple
