- Lead the end-to-end Product Development activities of the target project managing a wide team of Hardware, Software, Systems and Requirements, Mechanical Engineers, and other key engineering skillsets;
- Establish engineering timing plans and coordinate technical development content with each stakeholder;
- Manage subsystem development and coordinate functionality testing/validation with appropriate teams;
- Monitor, control, and communicate the detailed activities and status during product development and deliveries;
- Control product development costs and track project changes in terms of cost, quality, timing, risk, benefit, and scope;
- Manage project development risks, prioritization issue management, and assign tasks;
- Lead the PD team to establish and develop agreed quality targets, develop test plans, and evaluate the quality of the project;
- Be the customer interface and represent the Visteon technical solution to the Audi engineering team, as well as manage a working relationship with the involved departments.
- Completed studies in Electrical engineering, Computer science, or a comparable field of study;
- Experience in the development of instrument clusters/infotainment/displays in the automotive industry, especially with driver information systems;
- Ideally, you have already gained at least several years of experience in managing development projects within the automotive industry;
- You bring knowledge and, ideally, sound application experience in multi-project management in agile project structures;
- You have the willingness to make decisions, analytical skills, adaptability, and resilience;
- You are an independently working and communicative team player (m/f);
- Software/Hardware/Mechanical technical knowledge in the field of embedded systems, microcontrollers/processors is an advantage;
- Very good communication skills and intercultural competence;
- Languages: Business fluent in German and English;
- Proficient in MS Office.
