FUNCTION: LEGAL – Business Conduct and Compliance

CITY & COUNTRY: Hamburg, Germany

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced lawyer or compliance manager (10 years and more relevant professional experience) to lead the compliance agenda for the German end market. In addition, the role supports the Area Head of Legal in the strategic management and in-depth advice of the Central Europe Area "CE Area" (consisting of the markets of Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria and Switzerland) regarding higher-level compliance and cross-border issues.

The role is an integral part of the German Legal Team and reports directly to the Head of Legal Germany.

Reports to: Head of Legal Germany

Number of Direct Reports: 1-2

Core Relationships:

Internal –– DRBU and Area Leadership Team, Legal and Compliance teams in CE Area and AME Region as well as BIC Team in the Centre, Supply Chain and Finance Teams.

External –– External Legal Counsel and relevant authorities and regulators

Geographic Scope: Germany (seat of the role in Hamburg) with extended responsibility for CE Area

Travel Required: Yes – Depending on requirements and your needs
